Midlife Transitions

Midlife Can Really Stir Things Up Inside of Us

Especially during midlife, those years between 40 and 65, you may find yourself asking, "If I'm so successful why am I not happier?" and “Is this all there is?”

There's so much happening in your life at once: financial and work pressures, health and hormone changes, marital/relationship issues; caregiving for elderly parents and kids, and "empty nest."  This can bring up big emotions, and sometimes re-trigger past experiences you've been carrying around for years.

Changes Can be Hard ... and

Big life changes, especially ones that are neither wanted nor expected, can rock our world.  But if navigated well and with support, they are also what help us grow, become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for whatever comes next.

Instead of "crisis" midlife can be a powerful invitation to reflect, and realign with what matters most, especially if you feel unfulfilled and have lost touch with your own needs.
