For Adults Navigating Stress, Transitions, and Emotional Overload

I work with adults who have been carrying a great deal — often quietly — and are beginning to feel the emotional impact. Many of my clients are in midlife, though I also work with younger and older adults who resonate with themes of overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions.

Therapy offers a steady place to slow down, sort through what feels heavy, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, grounded, and relational. We move at a pace that respects where you are, paying attention to both the emotional patterns that have shaped your life and the practical steps that support change.

What Brings People In for Therapy

People often reach out when they’re feeling stretched thin, anxious, or emotionally tired. You may be navigating a transition, carrying long‑standing responsibilities, or noticing patterns that no longer feel workable. Even if you’ve always coped well, something may feel different now — heavier, more confusing, or harder to manage on your own.

Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening internally, understand the pressures you’ve been holding, and create more space for your own needs and well‑being.

Areas of Focus

I frequently work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship stress, caregiving pressures, parenting transitions, grief, health changes, and questions about identity or direction. These experiences often overlap, and part of our work is gently untangling what’s happening so you can move forward with more clarity and steadiness.

How I Work

My work is relational and insight‑oriented. We explore your internal world with curiosity rather than judgment, noticing the patterns, expectations, and emotional habits that may be shaping how you feel. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive, mindfulness‑based, and trauma‑informed approaches, integrating them in a way that fits your temperament and your life.

The goal isn’t to change who you are — it’s to help you feel more like yourself again.
