Individual Therapy

I listen closely and give my clients compassionate and honest feedback to support them, wherever they are. We talk about thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be getting in your way.  We explore past life experiences, relationships, traumas and help you recognize your strengths. And I also bring a coaching perspective, to identify tangible actions and new approaches to try out in your life.
